Stuti Venkat represents clients in a broad range of complex litigation matters involving business disputes, intellectual property, consumer protection, real estate, and breach of contract claims. Stuti is actively involved in all aspects of dispute resolution and litigation from initial internal investigations to the appellate process.  She works closely with clients to find practical solutions to their legal needs both within and outside the courtroom.

Apart from her litigation practice, Stuti regularly advises clients on intellectual property matters, including in the areas of trademarks and copyright prosecution and enforcement, and the protection of trade secrets.

Prior to joining Tymann, Davis & Duffy, Stuti worked at Burns and Levinson, LLP and a boutique business and IP litigation firm in the greater Boston area. In 2016 and 2017, Stuti served as a volunteer law clerk to the Hon. William J. Young of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Stuti values community engagement and pro bono service.  She currently serves as a board member of the South Asian Bar Association Greater Boston.
